Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley isn't very open regarding her parents. However, she credits her father as being the one who inspired her to work hard. Her grandfather was an active bodybuilder when the time he was in his 20s-30s. Ashley was physically active from the age of four. She began taking swimming lessons when she was just four years old, and continued for another 10 years. The fact that she did not adhere to strict dietary habits meant that she was not able to compete in many of the competitions. Although she was popular during her teenage years mainly because of her good physique and attractive appearance, we do not exactly know who was around her at this point. After she matriculated Ashley chose not to go on at college but to rather concentrate on her work as being a fitness model. Ashley was just 15 years older when she recognized that her physique wasn't exactly the way she wanted it to be. Encouraged by her grandmother she started going to fitness classes. Based on his recommendations, she started at a slow pace. Ashley was inspired by her win and entered her first WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. She won 7th place and felt compelled to train harder. Ashley was back at the 2015. WBFF World Championships where she placed 5th. After the competition was over, Ashley made the decision that she did not want to participate. As she was competing, she received offers to do shoots for photos. She didn't mix up her work and decided to decline. Now that she's retired from competing, Ashley has made the decision to be a fitness model. When she was featured on the cover of a renowned fitness magazine, she was in a position to start her model career in fitness as soon after signing with a modeling agency. The past few years, she became a much-requested model. She was a model for a variety of clothing and bikini brand names.
